Arianna Kim

Arianna is a dedicated Wills and Estates lawyer who understands the firsthand challenges many face when navigating estate matters. Having successfully completed her Master’s Degree in Wills and Estates from the College of Law in 2024, she is passionate about offering compassionate, efficient, and high-quality legal services to her clients. Fluent in Korean, Arianna is also able to support clients who require assistance in their second language.

Arianna handles all aspects of wills and estates, including but not limited to:

• Representing an estate in complex estate litigation which involves questions of marital/de facto status, will construction, recovery of cash gifts
• Litigation for and against persons seeking further provision from a deceased estate under Part IV of the Administration and Probate Act
• Handling the administration of estates for executors and managing potential conflicts and disputes
• Preparing estate planning documents, including complex Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney (Financial & Personal), Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Maker, and Superannuation Death Benefit Nominations
• Superannuation and trust disputes

Based in our Melbourne office, Arianna is a full member of STEP, a worldwide association of Trust and Estate Practitioners.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and staying active through Pilates and Yoga.
